About the Client

CA consultadministration AB is a consulting firm specializing in providing services to developers and clients within the construction industry. Examples of services provided include project management, design management, construction management, supervisory responsibility (kontrollansvarig), contract inspection, construction cost estimation, technical construction descriptions, environmental management, and information services.

For over 50 years, CA has built up extensive experience and created a strong reputation of trust among clients and the industry at large.

The company, which is employee-owned, employs 35 people and has offices in Gothenburg and Halmstad. CA is led by the CEO, who together with area managers forms the company's management team.

About the Project Manager Role

As a Project Manager at CA, you are responsible for ensuring that construction projects are handled in a planned and structured manner according to the client's intentions. You will lead the projects and set guidelines for execution, where the team is formed, the goal picture is established, and the client's wishes are realized. To support your assignments, resources can be drawn from colleagues at CA, who can contribute expertise in construction economics, environment, procurement, contract inspection, and technical descriptions.

As a Project Manager, your tasks may include:

• Design management
• Construction management
• Leading investigations and program work
• Procurement
• Financial control
• Quality and environmental management
• Client, user, and supplier contacts, as well as contact with authorities
• Supervisory responsibility according to the Planning and Building Act (PBL)
• Inspection

Perhaps you wish to work with only some of the above tasks, several parts, or develop within one of them.

The position is located at our Halmstad office.

Who are you?

You have at least 5–10 years of practical background in project and construction management within building construction or as a project/contractor engineer. Experience in contract law and the Public Procurement Act (LOU) is essential. You are organized and structured with a strong customer focus and social competence.

You have an understanding of projects with high technical complexity and have the capacity to drive construction processes regarding:

• Seeing the big picture
• Steering and leading
• Scheduling
• Being proactive

An important part of the role also involves handling and creating documentation, which is why good Swedish, especially in writing, is a requirement. At CA, we believe in the value of knowledge transfer between employees. Therefore, you should be open to bringing your experiences and knowledge from projects back to the organization and be a team player within CA.

It is an asset if you have your own network and client base, so that you can both benefit from CA's existing clients and contribute to broadening CA's client base.

You must have a B driver's license and access to a car.
